Wagon Wheel Chords
by Darius Rucker

Wagon Wheel chords and lyrics by Darius Rucker is quickly climbing up the charts of country music.  It is no surprise that Wagon Wheel is doing so well in the world of country music as Darius has a way of reaching multiple markets and was also a beloved rock star with Hootie & The Blowfish.  Since Darius Rucker has broken into country music he has had multiple hits such as “Don’t Think I Don’t Think About It,” “It Won’t Be Like This For Long,” and his latest smash hit “Wagon Wheel.”  These hits and all his previous hits in the music industry have proven Rucker to be one of the few musicians to break down the genre barrier successfully.

Aside from loving Wagon Wheel chords and lyrics, there are other things that make Darius Rucker such a loveable musician.  What I love most about Rucker is that he is a down to earth celebrity.  There are so many celebrities out there that forget that they are people and not Gods, but Darius Rucker is not one of them.  Rucker spends his spare time with his three children in an attempt to play super dad, even though his children think he is uncool.  Instead of trying to win the hearts of critics, he even drops his kids to school in his tour bus in an attempt to win their hearts.

Darius Rucker’s hit Wagon Wheel chords and lyrics was originally written by Old Crow Medicine Show and was released in 2004.  The song was instantly a success and was redone multiple times over the years.  It wasn’t until this year that the song has hit the top again when redone by Darius Rucker.  At first when Rucker was presented with the song, he refused to do it because he didn’t find it appealing.  It wasn’t until he went to his daughter’s school concert and the band performed “Wagon Wheel” that he decided that he had to do the song.

One of the great things about Darius Rucker is that he is dedicated to his fans and is always surprising us.  After all, who would of thought ten years ago when he was singing “I Only Want To Be With You” that he would make the cross over to country music?  In 2012 he surprised his fans by joining Old Crow Medicine Show at the Grand Ole Opry to perform Wagon Wheel chords and lyrics.  The crowd went nuts over this surprise and some claimed it was one of the greatest things they have seen Rucker do since his cross over into country music.

Darius Rucker released his music video for Wagon Wheel chords and lyrics in March of 2013.  The video was sensational by including members of the hit show Duck Dynasty and fellow country music sensations Lady Antebellum.  Darius Rucker claimed that he even surprised himself on how well the song did considering he had never wanted to cut the song to begin with.

Rucker is full of surprises and I think that is not only what makes him a great musician but also what makes him so appealing to his fan base.  I am very excited to see what amazing music Darius Rucker is going to have for his next album.
